Help!

I'm feeling very jittery.

My thoughts are all a jumble.

I know I should just settle down but I can't.

I try - but it's not working.

The more I try to settle down the more unsettled I feel.

I'm aware of what's going on and the swirl of thoughts in my mind.

It's like my thoughts just keep getting agitated…
