Happy thinking creates your happy feelings.

Sad thinking creates your sad feelings.

The language you've been taught to use to describe where your feelings are coming from is inaccurate.

"_________(fill-in the blank) made me happy" is not accurate.

It is your thinking about "_________" that leads to your feelings.

Yours alone.

Realizing this can be life-changing.
